2020 Graco Inclined Sleeper Accessory Recall
For over 60 years, Graco Children’s Products Inc. (“Graco”) has been committed to child safety. Together with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”), Graco is recalling the inclined sleeper accessory included with select models of the Graco Pack ‘n Play Day2Dream Playard with Bedside Sleeper, Graco Pack ‘n Play Nuzzle Nest Playard, Graco Pack ‘n Play Everest Playard and Graco Pack ‘n Play Rock ‘n Grow Playard.
Infant fatalities have been reported with other manufacturers’ inclined sleep products after infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained, or under other circumstances
There have been no reported infant injuries or fatalities in these Graco inclined sleeper accessories but out of an abundance of caution and in accordance with new safety regulation, Graco asks consumers to immediately stop use of the inclined sleeper accessory. Please contact Graco to receive a recall kit to render the accessory unusable and return proof for a refund.
The inclined sleeper accessory is the only portion of the playard that is being recalled. Consumers can continue to use the playard, changing station and bassinet portions of the products without the inclined sleeper accessory according to the owner’s manual.
Graco is offering refunds for the value of the recalled inclined sleeper accessory. Please have your product near for next steps to obtain a recall kit.

Once you have completed the following steps you will receive your refund:
Step 1: Determine if your product is part of the recall. This recall involves the inclined sleeper accessory sold with the Graco Pack ‘n Play Day2Dream Playard with Bedside Sleeper, Graco Pack ‘n Play Nuzzle Nest Playard, Graco Pack ‘n Play Everest Playard and Graco Pack ‘n Play Rock ‘n Grow Playard with the following model numbers.

Step 2: Complete Web Form to Receive Recall Kit. Please take note of the tracking information on your label. You will be able to check the progress of your shipment at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html
Step 3: We will send you a prepaid shipping label, a return mailing envelope and detailed instructions on how to return a portion of the cover of the inclined sleeper accessory. The inclined sleeper accessory is the only part of the playard product that is being recalled. You can continue to use the playard, changing station and bassinet without the inclined sleeper accessory according to the owner’s manual.
